DailyStreak Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 13, 2026

This page describes a product currently in beta. It will be reviewed and finalized before public store release.

Introduction

This policy explains what information DailyStreak handles and the choices you have. DailyStreak is built by LifeFlowApps with a simple principle: your habits are personal, and the app is designed so they stay that way.

What DailyStreak is

DailyStreak is a habit tracker for iOS and Android. You create habits, check them off, set reminders, and review your progress.

Information you provide

The content you create in DailyStreak — habit names, notes, schedules, reminders, and check-in history — is stored in a local database on your device.

Local-first use

DailyStreak works fully without an account. If you never sign in, your habit data stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

Optional account and sync

If you choose to sign in (with Apple or Google), DailyStreak syncs your habit data — habits, schedules, check-ins, reminders, and streaks — to LifeFlowApps servers hosted in the European Union, so your data can follow you across devices. We store the account identifier and email address provided by your sign-in provider. We do not receive or store your Apple or Google password.

Habit names and notes

Your habit names and notes are never included in product analytics or error reports. Where sync is enabled, they are transmitted to our servers solely to provide the sync feature.

Analytics

DailyStreak collects privacy-respecting product analytics (for example: "a habit was created", "a reminder was enabled") to understand which features matter. Analytics events use a random per-install identifier, are hosted in the European Union, and are designed never to include habit names, notes, your email, or your account identity. Error reports include only technical information (error type and code location), never your content.

Purchases and subscriptions

Optional Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play together with our subscription partner RevenueCat. We receive subscription status (for example "Pro active until date") but never your payment card details.

Data export

You can export your complete habit data from the app at any time in JSON or CSV format, from Settings → Export Data.

Delete account

You can delete your data from Settings → Delete Account. If you are signed in, this deletes your account and synced data from our servers first, then removes all local data from your device. If you use DailyStreak without an account, it removes all local data.

Children's privacy

DailyStreak is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and adjust the date above. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app.
