Email support@lifeflowapps.com. Include your device model, OS version, and what you expected versus what happened — it helps us fix things much faster.
Restore purchases
If Pro features are missing after reinstalling or switching devices, open Paywall → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store / Google Play account that made the original purchase.
Notifications and reminders help
- Check that notifications are allowed for DailyStreak in system settings.
- On Android, disable battery optimization for DailyStreak if reminders arrive late or not at all.
- Reminder times follow your device's time zone.
Widgets help
- Long-press your home screen → Widgets → DailyStreak to add a widget.
- Widgets refresh after you check off habits or change themes.
- If a widget looks stale, opening the app refreshes it.
Export your data
Settings → Export Data creates a complete JSON or CSV snapshot of your habits, history, reminders, and streaks.
Delete your account
Settings → Delete Account permanently removes your data. If you are signed in, server data is deleted first, then local data. This cannot be undone — consider exporting first.
