Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using DailyStreak, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What DailyStreak is for
DailyStreak helps you track habits, routines, streaks, and personal progress. It is a personal tool, provided as-is for individual use.
Not medical or professional advice
DailyStreak is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice. Information in the app (including streaks, statistics, and insights) is for personal tracking only. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you enter, for keeping your device secure, and for how you act on information shown in the app.
Free and Pro features
DailyStreak offers a free plan and an optional paid Pro subscription that unlocks additional features (such as unlimited habits, advanced statistics, weekly review, data export, and cloud sync). Feature availability may evolve over time.
Subscriptions and purchases
Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account before the renewal date. Prices are shown in the store at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by the respective store under its policies.
Account deletion
You may delete your account and data from within the app at any time (Settings → Delete Account). Deleting the app from your device does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app or its services — including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting our servers, or reverse-engineering paid features.
Disclaimers
DailyStreak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep the app reliable and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app is error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeFlowApps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will adjust the date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
