LifeFlowApps builds tracking apps for deeply personal things: habits, sobriety, fasting, mood, and progress. Our privacy approach is simple — your personal content belongs to you.
Our principles
- Local-first. Apps are designed to work fully on your device, without an account.
- Optional accounts. Sign-in exists for syncing across devices, never as a requirement to use an app.
- Personal content stays personal. Habit names, notes, and reflections are designed never to be sent in product analytics.
- Privacy-respecting analytics. We measure how features are used with anonymous identifiers, hosted in the EU — not who you are.
- Your data, your call. Apps include data export and account deletion.
